Looking for consistent part-time hours in an outpatient setting?
Midwest Sport & Spine Center is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Noblesville team beginning in September 2026 through February 2027.
This is a temporary part-time position with a set 25.5-hour weekly schedule, not an unpredictable PRN role. It’s a great opportunity for a PTA who wants consistent hours, mornings free Monday–Thursday, and no weekends.
THE SCHEDULE
Monday–Thursday: 2:30 PM–7:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM–1:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: OFF
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll work directly with our Physical Therapist and alongside our chiropractic and rehabilitation team to help patients decrease pain, restore function, improve strength and mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Our patient population includes orthopedic and musculoskeletal cases as well as active adults and athletes working toward returning to sport and activity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Carry out individualized treatment plans under the direction of our Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
• Work with patients on strength, mobility, stability, balance and functional movement
• Monitor patient response and communicate progress with the supervising PT
• Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Current Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Dependable and able to consistently work the listed schedule
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required.
