What You'll Do
Own the Customer Journey
- Manage customer orders end-to-end across phone, email, and web — from entry through delivery confirmation
- Coordinate delivery scheduling and proactively communicate timing, changes, or delays
- Resolve product concerns, billing questions, and service issues with speed and follow-through
- Process credits and refunds accurately and in accordance with company standards
- Manage accounts receivable on recent transactions
Deliver a Premium Experience
- Make every customer feel like they're your only customer — listened to, understood, and taken care of
- Identify patterns in customer issues and flag opportunities to improve processes
- Maintain accurate records in SAP Business One (full training provided)
- Hit activity metrics and KPIs tracked on the company performance dashboard

Required:

- Basic computer proficiency (we'll train you on SAP and our internal systems)

Preferred:
- Experience in distribution, logistics, or B2B customer support
- Familiarity with ERP systems or order management platforms
- Associate's or bachelor's degree

Position Details
- Salary: $48,000-$53,000. Bonus eligible.
- Location: On-site in West Chicago, IL
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (Summer hours) and 7:30am-5:30pm (Winter Hours)
- Type: Full-time, entry-level position. It opens doors to other roles within our organization.
