Primary Purpose of Job:
As the Site Analyst, you will be assigned a group of Midwest Petroleum retail locations. The Site Analyst
will be required to check, update, or apply corrections to any financial reports entered by managers from
assigned locations. These reports include merchandise invoices, lottery invoices, banking reports, money
order recipes, etc. The Site Analyst also works with other members of the finance and marketing teams
to help ensure all items are entered correctly or sent back to vendors.
As the Site Analyst, you will be assigned a group of Midwest Petroleum retail locations. The Site Analyst
will be required to check, update, or apply corrections to any financial reports entered by managers from
assigned locations. These reports include merchandise invoices, lottery invoices, banking reports, money
order recipes, etc. The Site Analyst also works with other members of the finance and marketing teams
to help ensure all items are entered correctly or sent back to vendors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Find and correct errors made in daily reports of assigned stores.
- Ensure balance match for:
- Track ATM dispensed and filled amounts
- Petty cash amounts
- Torch Gaming commissions
- Investigate any discrepancies found in store reporting.
- Use internal document storage to pull daily store reports.
- Print daily settlements from credit card processors.
- Reconcile vendor totals and store reports.
- Obtain sales data on fleet and car wash credit processing.
- Record all payments from the bank to reconcile with credit card reports.
- Work with Pricebook and Store Managers to ensure product sets are being followed and no
- products are being sold. unauthorized
- Ensure document standards are being upheld by all assigned stores.
- Handle any other work that can be assigned at the supervisor’s discretion.
Education/Experience Qualifications
Highschool Diploma
2-3 years experience in an accounting role or an equivalent position
Preferred experience working as a Convenience store manager

Physical Requirements
This position is performed in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to general office equipment, beverage
equipment, coolers, and any other site-specific equipment/factors. You could also encounter exposure to hazardous
materials and loud noises. This job requires the ability to walk, stand, bend, and reach regularly. Must be able to
frequently be required to lift, push, or pull weight of at least 5 to 75 pounds. Ability to work in different Midwest
