Regional Parts Manager – Senior Leadership Opportunity in Parts Operations

The Position
We’re looking for an experienced Regional Parts Manager to lead and support parts operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for driving parts sales growth, improving department performance, managing inventory, and supporting teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
The Regional Parts Manager works closely with location leadership and corporate management to develop strategies, improve processes, and ensure our Parts Departments are operating efficiently while meeting customer and business needs.
Purpose
The focus of this role is to maximize parts department performance through effective leadership, inventory management, financial oversight, and process improvement. The Regional Parts Manager plays a key role in executing MMC’s Aftermarket Strategic Business Plan while promoting our core values and supporting a positive customer experience.
