Midwest Janitorial Service is hiring full-time and part-time employees for first and second cleaning positions at an industrial/office facility.
- 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. start time
- 2nd Shift: Flexible start time between 4:00 - 6:00 pm

Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect entrances, common areas, offices, breakrooms, and restrooms
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Use of backpack vacuum and automatic floor scrubber
- Clean windows and other glass surfaces
- Dust surfaces and remove trash
- Maintain safe, clean, and orderly shared spaces
- Provide professional customer service while working around the client’s employees
Position Requirements
- Dependable, punctual, and able to remain focused throughout the shift
- Able to work independently and stay on task
- Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, and stand throughout the shift
- Ability to lift approximately 20–30 pounds
- Willingness to follow all company and facility safety requirements
- Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug test
Prior commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
