Job Summary
We are seeking a leadership-minded District Manager to help recruit, train, and support a team of benefits consultants who serve employers and individuals with employee benefits and health insurance solutions, specifically in the Central Nebraska area. Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of Benefits Consultants
- Provide hands-on training in prospecting, client education, and solution-based selling
- Coach consultants on best practices for serving both employer groups and individual clients
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one development check-ins
- Lead by example through occasional field training and joint client meetings
- Support new consultants as they obtain licensing and complete onboarding requirements
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to help consultants reach goals
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on education and client care
- Ensure consultants follow proven systems, processes, and compliance guidelines
- Support consultants in onboarding new clients and servicing existing ones
- Track district production, activity, and performance metrics
- Build relationships with key business partners and community contacts
- Represent the organization professionally within the community and marketplace
