Responsibilities
- Educate employers on employee benefit options, plan design, compliance, and cost-saving strategies
- Present benefit options to employees in a clear, easy-to-understand manner
- Guide individuals through choosing the right health insurance coverage for their needs and budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, HR contacts, and individual clients
- Onboard new clients, including plan setup, enrollment coordination, and implementation support
- Provide responsive, ongoing service to existing clients, ensuring renewals run smoothly and coverage needs are met
- Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for client questions, claims support, and plan changes
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify gaps, improvements, or new opportunities
- Represent the company professionally within the community and marketplace
