Small construction business in Jackson is seeking a part-time to full-time office assistant. Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-2:00pm. Must have professional customer service skills, knowledge in Microsoft Office and Marketing and Advertising, and ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment. Understanding of creating documents in a software system (estimates, job sheets, invoices, etc.), following job schedules and product use from beginning to completion of project, and acting as a liaison between customers and employees to ensure jobs are running efficiently. Experience in construction or related fields is preferred, training provided in the first two weeks of employment. Must be reliable and punctual.
