Veterinary Receptionist/Office Assistant – Full Time
Are you passionate about animals and looking to join a friendly, supportive team? Our growing and unique veterinary clinic is searching for a sharp, self-motivated individual to join us as a full-time Receptionist/Office Assistant!

What You’ll Do:
- Answer and screen a variety of incoming phone calls
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Interact warmly and professionally with our beloved patients and their families
- Prepare invoices and process client payments
- Perform light office cleaning and organization
- Additional front desk/office tasks as assigned

- Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
- Comfortable with computers and technology
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with both pets and people
- Eager to learn, adapt, and pitch in where needed
