The Midwest Hemophilia Association (MHA) is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the bleeding disorders community in Kansas and Missouri with the mission to improve the quality of life for individuals and their families living with chronic bleeding disorders through education, advocacy, and support.
Role Description
The Program Administrative Assistant will provide essential on-site support to ensure the smooth operation of MHA's programs and activities. Responsibilities include administrative assistance, coordinating events and fundraisers, managing communications, website and digital system management, and performing clerical tasks. This is a part-time position based in Ozark, MO.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage day-to-day office tasks.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interaction with members and stakeholders.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership with organizational tasks.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Knowledge of non-profit organizations and experience in program or event coordination is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and technologies
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with WordPress or website management preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CTM systems (Bloomerang), or email marketing platforms is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
