Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas.

- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct detailed floor care including buffing, polishing, and heavy-duty cleaning to preserve flooring quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and workspaces by disinfecting surfaces and replenishing supplies.
- Follow safety procedures during manual handling and heavy lifting tasks to prevent injuries and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall building upkeep.
Requirements
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and chemical handling safety procedures.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and industrial vacuums effectively.
