Position Overview
Midwest Diagnostic Solutions is seeking reliable and experienced Phlebotomists to join our growing team. We are hiring for Part-Time, Full-Time, and PRN (as-needed) positions.
This role offers flexibility with both office-based and mobile phlebotomy opportunities, serving patients in clinical settings as well as at-home or facility-based collections.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with accuracy and efficiency
- Properly label, handle, and prepare specimens for transport
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols
- Coordinate with team members for mobile collection schedules
- Accurately complete requisitions and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous phlebotomy experience required
- Certification preferred (not required depending on experience)
- Experience with diverse patient populations preferred
- Pediatric experience is a plus
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work independently (especially for mobile role)
- Reliable transportation required for mobile positions

Compensation
