- Lead group activities such as arts and crafts, games, music, and exercise classes.
- Provide one-on-one interactions with residents to encourage participation in activities.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning up activity spaces.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive experience for all.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
- Must be 21 with a clean driving record.
