Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dental professional Front Desk person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Open to Learning and Growing. All staff members are cross trained. We are a team - we welcome your input - We all work together to support our patients so they will have to best experience receiving superior care.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries.
- Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to maintain organized records. Checking and responding to Email multiple times per day.
- Dentrix Dental Software or other dental software or ability to learn quickly dental software
- Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and manage office logistics effectively.
- Assist with administrative duties including proofreading documents and managing correspondence.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various office tasks including typing reports and creating presentations.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Maintaining Office certifications are current and up to date
Requirements
- Previous Dental Office experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and proper phone etiquette is essential.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is required; prior experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus.
- Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and calendar management efficiently.
