Job Summary
Responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and support of Electronic Banking products including, but not limited to, Online Banking, Cash Management, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture and Mobile Banking/Deposit, Telephone Banking, Zelle and FedNow Services.
Essential Functions
- Processes daily Online Banking, Cash Management, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture and Mobile Banking/Deposit customer requests and performs account profile maintenance.
- Provides Online Banking, Cash Management, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture and Mobile Banking/Deposit, Telephone Banking, Zelle and Fed Now product support to staff and customers resolving issues/problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitors Cash Management and Remote Deposit Capture over-limits; notifies and obtains proper approval from appropriate Bank Officer.
- Handles escalated Electronic Statement issues.
- Scans Electronic Banking Customer documentation.
- Posts daily updates of Canadian exchange rates.
- Answers incoming phone and customer information requests as needed.
- Provides support for future eBanking products as needed.
- Responsible for protecting the privacy of sensitive business and customer information by following all confidentiality, security, and safeguarding customer information policies and control procedures
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma required. Banking experience required.
Critical Skills: Ability to work individually with minimal face-to-face communication. Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks with very limited supervision. Superior written and verbal communications skills. Ability to deal diplomatically with customer complaints. Must be self-motivated. Must have a familiarity with Windows based software systems.
Other Information
Physical Requirements: The ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ambulatory skills sufficient to visit branch locations, the ability to stand, walk, and manipulate (carry, lift, move) weights of approximately 10 to 50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard and computer monitor, operate equipment and read technical information. Must possess valid and current driver’s license and ability to drive motor vehicle.
Working Conditions: Work is generally performed in bank office environment. May require travel to branch bank and training sites.
