LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent patient care standards.

Job Duties Include:

• Rooming patients and recording vital signs
• Administering allergy shots and biologic injections
• Performing spirometry and peak flow measurements
• Assisting providers with allergy testing and pulmonary procedures
• Coordinating prescription refills and prior authorizations
• Patient education and follow-up calls
• Accurate and timely EHR documentation, data entry, and reporting
• Maintaining clinical supplies and sterilization protocols
• Allergy Extract preparation

Job Requirements:

• Must be licensed in the state of Illinois in good standing
• Family Practice or Internal Medicine experience
• Allergy/Immunology/Pulmonary/Sleep experience would be beneficial but will train the right candidate
• BLS Certified
• Requires good computer and typing skills
• Ability to work independently with good nursing judgment, self-motivation and self-confidence
• Ability to travel to Satellite office locations.

Full-time or Part-time, Monday-Friday & 1 Saturday morning per month.
