Job Skills / Requirements
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordination of Midwest Alarm Services ongoing installation projects. This person will also be responsible with creating, scheduling, organizing data & invoicing customers.What You'll Be Doing:
- Review the project queue & maintain the project inbox daily.
- Take incoming phone calls & make outbound correspondence with customers and contractors as needed.
- Build schedule and daily assignment for technicians based on technical skill level.
- Verify technician time on project tickets on a daily basis.
- Verify issued parts & notate info for accuracy.
- Backup the inspection & service coordinators if needed.
- Assist in managing stock inventory.
- Provide quotes to customers if requested.
- Assume responsibility for understanding and complying with Midwest Alarm Services attendance expectations.
- Handling the administrative side of projects to include, approving tasks in CRM for job progress, submitting paperwork on behalf of the project to local authority having jurisdiction, providing close out documents to the customers.
- Assist service and inspection coordinators as needed
- Attend regular project meetings for Midwest Alarm as required.
What you’ll need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with computers including MS Word and Excel
- Must have ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Must have ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects effectively on a regular basis.
