Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized Parts & Logistics Coordinator to support job sites by managing parts, tools, and materials. This role is hands-on and travel-based, helping ensure jobs are set up for success from day one. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to job sites as needed to support project start-up and ongoing work
- Track, organize, and manage all parts required for each job
- Pull and prepare parts and materials prior to job deployment
- Ensure all required parts, tools, and equipment are available and ready for use
- Load and unload trucks and assist with material handling
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools on-site and in transit
- Be responsible for tool organization, tracking, and accountability
- Communicate with project managers and field crews regarding parts needs and shortages
- Help keep job sites organized and running efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in parts management, warehouse, logistics, or construction support preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and tools up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Willing and able to travel regularly, including overnight travel when required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to drive a reach forklift, skid steer, dingo preferred but not required.
Work Environment
- Combination of warehouse and active job sites
- Frequent travel required
- Physical work includes lifting, unloading, and standing for extended periods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
