- Excellent computer skills, including programs such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to earn the respect and followership of their fellow teammates
- Interest in, and support of, the NRA and the shooting, hunting, and outdoor industry
- Willingness to be flexible in shift assignments
- Execute all Customer Service processes including assisting Customers and Employees over the phone, chat, and email
- Provide training to Level 1 and Level 2 CSRs on operations and processes
- Execute administrative responsibilities as assigned
- Execute Level 1 & 2 responsibilities as needed
Salary : $22 - $26
