Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our family.
Duties
- Perform maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and keeping area looking nice.
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools.
- Maintain safety protocols by adhering to all safety standards during equipment operation and outdoor work activities
- Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, lawn care equipment,
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively in various outdoor conditions.
- Strong physical stamina IS REQUIRED to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK ON SEMI'S, BUILDING, AND CONSTRUCTION WORK.
- We are looking for a Jack Of All Trades, as there will be multiple duties.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions for maintenance procedures.
- construction experience is a plus.
