The idealcandidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of Elumatecand Hendrick machines, ensuring production runs efficiently and meets qualitystandards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in precision,teamwork, and craftsmanship.Essential Job Functions:? Set up and operate all Elumatec and Hendrick CNC machines.? Maintain an organized and clean tool inventory.? Utilize workspace efficiently to maximize productivity.? Assist with the flow of raw materials to Tracks, Stock, and Paint areas.? Support downstream operations as needed based on production flow andworkload.? Accurately complete receipt and issue tickets for materials not processed in thesystem.General Responsibilities:? Follow all safety rules, operating procedures, and best practices.? Maintain clean and organized work areas.? Participate in ongoing training and development programs.? Report any machine, material, or process abnormalities promptly.? Perform other related duties in downstream processes as assigned.Requirements:? Proficient in basic math, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividingfractions.? Ability to read and interpret blueprints.? Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.? Excellent teamwork and communication skills.? Ability to stand for extended periods.?
