What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Labor position at Midway Staffing?
Picker/Packer- Bolingbrook, IL
Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
Pay rate: $15.68/hour (Temp-to-hire)
Duties:
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer and production requirements
- Inspect products for quality and ensure items meet company standards before shipment
- Refresh units by cleaning, repairing, and replacing parts as needed
- Label, organize, and stage completed orders for shipping
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and documentation
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and fulfillment goals
Requirements:
Hands-on warehouse experience (picking, packing, shipping).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with the ability to work overtime including Saturdays in a fast-paced environment.
