Duties:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including generating invoices, preparing bills of lading, and updating order details within internal management systems.
- Perform inventory reconciliation by reviewing stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating with warehouse or operations teams to ensure accurate records.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams via Microsoft email and related applications to resolve order issues, provide updates, and maintain high service standards.
- Maintain organized records of transactions and documentation, ensuring compliance with company procedures and supporting smooth day-to-day clerical operations.
Requirements:
- 3 years of Customer service, office/clerical work
- Has prior knowledge using Microsoft applications and has computer skills
- Good communication skills, phone, emails and speaking with clients/customers
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
