Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Pick/Packer to join our distribution team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or voice systems
- Pack orders securely and label shipments according to company standards
- Inspect products for accuracy and damage before shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Meet daily productivity and quality goals
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned (sorting, staging, inventory support)
- Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to [35–50 lbs] throughout the shift
- Basic math and reading skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
