Position: Part-Time Pay: Starting at $20/hour — commensurate with experience
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate transformative group therapy sessions
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual counseling that empowers residents to own their recovery
- Manage caseloads with thorough, accurate documentation and case management
- Participate in bi-weekly treatment team meetings with a multidisciplinary team
- Work some weekends on a rotating schedule
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (preferred)
- Certification as a CAC, CADC, or equivalent (required) — or actively working toward certification and in need of supervised hours
- Strong documentation, assessment, and treatment planning skills
- Experience with behavioral health and trauma-informed care (PTSD experience a plus)
- A solid mix of compassion, clinical skill, and team spirit

- Addiction counseling: 3 years (Required)
- Documentation review: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
