Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Clinician (LPC or LCSW) with experience in alcohol and substance use disorders to provide high-quality therapeutic services, clinical supervision, and outreach participation. This role involves individual and group therapy, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting professional growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Participate in outreach initiatives to build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
- Maintain all required documentation, including progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans, in accordance with organizational policies and standards.
- Provide clinical supervision to other clinicians, supporting their professional development and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Maintain Continuing Education (CE) hours as required by licensure and stay informed about current best practices in addiction treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and state/federal regulations, including HIPAA.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in the state of Georgia.
- Supervision Experience: For LCSW/LPC. Proven experience supervising clinicians, including providing feedback and support to enhance clinical skills.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with clients with substance use disorders or co-occurring mental health conditions.
- Skills: Strong therapeutic, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on culturally competent care.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and the ability to document accurately and efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $80,000.00 per hour
