- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals through effective coaching and performance management

- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting through closing, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement with potential clients
- Conduct high-end product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to secure deals with diverse customer segments
