Midway Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative (CSR) to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, our CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in our veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming, positive atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multitasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we offer.
This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multitasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
Schedule
- Full-time position
- 4/10 schedule
- MondayFriday with rotating Saturdays
Full-time benefits and compensation**:
- Compensation: $17- 21 per hour, for each hour worked*

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 1 of client service experience
- Previous veterinary experience is required
- Proficiency in:
- Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and texts
- Scheduling appointments accurately and efficiently
- Processing invoices, payments, and financial transactions
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with the clinical team to balance scheduled appointments, walk-ins, and urgent cases
- EVet Pulse experience is a plus!
