Location: Midtown Occupational Health Services 2490 W 26^th Ave. Denver, 80211

Employment Type: 2-5 days a week, Depending on candidate's availability

Compensation: $50-$58 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized patient care using evidence-based treatment plans tailored to orthopedic and occupational needs.
• Maintain compliance with documentation standards, ensuring timely, accurate, and thorough reporting.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate and motivate patients on the importance of adhering to care plans and performing home exercises.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on recovery, return to work, prevention, and long-term wellness.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
• Concussion Experience Preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in EMR documentation and clinical reporting
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development
