MidSouth Bank has an immediate opening for an experienced, capable and detail-oriented Branch Manager in our Fort Walton Beach location. A successful candidate should offer no less than three years of lending, business development and/or branch operational oversight experience. Business development opportunities include administering all assigned consumer and business account relationships, developing and managing a moderate to large loan portfolio, supervising branch staff including coaching and directing for top job performance, and acquiring new business for the bank. This position offers opportunities for cross-training in all areas of customer service, as needed in a branch setting. This position reports to the Market President and requires adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations for branch security and risk management.
