Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes to meet quality standards
- Support the setup and breakdown of catering events and food truck stations efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests with friendly, attentive guest relations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including bussing tables and handling food safety protocols
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment handling accurately
- Help with beverage service, including wine knowledge application and drink presentation when needed
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or culinary environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Experience in guest services or hospitality roles enhances your ability to connect with customers
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic math skills are essential for accurate order management
