Company Description Midnight Sun Law Group is a small firm run by a Christian husband-and-wife team specializing in estate planning and criminal defense. We’re seeking an experienced paralegal to join our team. As a new firm (1 year old) this position has a lot of potential for creativity and growth. Someone who enjoys creating systems in a small office environment would excel.
This is an in-person, full-time position with hybrid flexibility. Pay is $55,000 - $70,000, depending on experience. Benefits include paid time off and a retirement plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients about scheduling and updates on their estate plan
• Answer phones and handle new client intake
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars
• Assist attorneys with drafting documents and review them for accuracy and completeness
• Record deeds and file documents with the court
Prior experience is a plus. The right candidate will find joy getting to see clients change their family tree through estate planning.
