Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Account Executive - Managed IT Services based in Pittsburgh, PA, Must be able to meet face-to-face with clients with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Account Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage accounts, and drive the sales process thru closing. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, providing tailored IT solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction through professional services and consultative sales.
Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management and Sales to establish and nurture client relationships
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and Professional Services to support and optimize the sales cycle
- Strong Negotiation skills to effectively handle contracts, proposals, and deal closures
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Familiarity with Managed IT solutions or technical sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a relevant field preferred
