The ER is a 12-bed unit that provides direct patient care to critically ill adult patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization. Responsible for the overall operation and direction of patient care in the Emergency Care setting.
Education:
- BSN, Master's degree preferred
- Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required one month from hire date
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) six months from hire date
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) six months from hire date
