Healthcare facility looking to bring on Human Resources Director! Sign On Bonus and Full Relocation!
Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- MUST HAVE at least 7 years of professional Human Resources experience within a healthcare setting
- Union experience preferred. Labor Relations (Union experience, administering collective bargaining agreements, handling grievances and arbitration preparation). Multi-union experience preferred
- Experience leading HR functions across multiple disciplines including: Employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management.
- Experience supervising HR staff
- Healthcare experience (acute care hospital strongly preferred)
- HR Certifications (preferably SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred
- Rural healthcare experience preferred
