What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Business Development position at Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC?
Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Director Business Development! Bonus Incentive Program!
- Ideally, someone who is local to the Florence/South Carolina market and has experience working within the competitive market.
- Clinical background is preferred (RN, therapist, etc) but not required.
- Need a healthcare sales and/or business development leadership background. Experience leading a sales team in a healthcare environment is required.
- Needs experience with training, leading and developing sales people, working directly with physicians as referral sources, as well as being out in the field for ridealongs with the team
Qualifications:
- Degreed
- Clinical background is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of extensive healthcare business development/sales background.
- MUST HAVE Healthcare sales and/or business development leadership background.
- Experience leading a sales team in a healthcare setting.
- MUST have led a sales team of at least 5 with direct reports.
- Experience with training, leading and developing sales people.
