Community hospital looking to bring on Patient Safety Director! Bonus Incentive Program and Relocation!
Leads and collaborates in the implementation of the hospital-based patient safety program with the goal of eliminating preventable patient harm while also establishing and sustaining a culture of safety.Director will report to the Market VP.
- 9 FTEs
- Focus on building relationships with the team and executives.
- Developing the expertise of the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field
- Master’s Degree preferred
- 3 years of healthcare experience in patient safety, risk, and/or quality (Healthcare experience should be recent and within a clinical setting such as Hospital, Ambulatory Surgery Center, etc.)
- Clinical background preferred.
- Required License/Certification: (CPPS) Certified Professional in-Patient Safety.
- CCPS must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date and maintained while in the role.
