Job Description:

  • We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our operations by efficiently managing administrative tasks and office operations. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, DocuSign, and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as, filing, and answering phones.
  • Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and letters
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Utilize DocuSign to facilitate document signings and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
  • General office duties, that may vary from day to day

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Ability to answer the phones and handle calls in a professional manner
  • Collections experience is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and DocuSign.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
