Midlab is currently searching for a Production Team Lead to join our 2nd shift team!
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:00pm - 2:45am. Some OT Required

Production Team Lead Summary:
The Team Lead coordinates and controls production activities, material flow and inventory to achieve production schedule in a manner that enhances the plant’s safety, engagement, cost, productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer service. Works cross-functionally with team members in accordance with company core values. This position will not have direct reports but is involved in executing planning and process improvement with department management.
This position is
- 90% working on the production floor assisting where needed.
- 10% administrative/data entry responsibilities.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written is a must.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in stressful situations.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly solve issues.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Mechanical experience preferred
