The Documentation Department is responsible for the safe -keeping and accuracy of mortgage loan documents. A Title Resolution Coordinator is a member of the Documentation Department and is responsible for resolution of Title issues.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Review Title Reports and supporting documentation to verify the title issue.
- Prepare or review legal documents necessary to resolve title issues, including verification of the facts listed in the legal document.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with third parties such as attorneys, title companies, and other mortgage servicers.
- Monitor for timely resolution of the title defects to reduce or eliminate risk to the company.
- Adhere to state and Title insurer guidelines.
- Provide support to co-workers by researching issues and responding to inquires with detailed explanations and comprehensive solutions.
- Assist with projects and preforming other relevant duties as required.

Position Requirements
This position requires a minimum of 1 years' experience or researching title reports and working to resolve title defects. Preference will be given to those with mortgage servicing experience and/or extensive knowledge of state and local recording and title requirements.
