Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Client Development & Sales Target Delivery:Independently explore and manage core overseas data center key accounts, formulate targeted sales strategies, and steadily achieve annual sales KPIs and key project landing goals.
- Industry Client Layout & Solution Promotion:Focus on high-value clients including Hyperscalers, Colo operators, AI Infra enterprises, EPCs and large system integrators, promote the penetration and batch application of air cooling, liquid cooling and overall temperature control solutions in overseas data center scenarios.
- Customer Demand Mining & Project Conversion:Deeply insight into client core demands covering cooling architecture design, high power density adaptation, liquid/air cooling configuration, energy efficiency optimization, redundancy level and operational reliability, realize precise solution matching and efficient business opportunity conversion.
- Full-cycle Project Business Management:Lead the whole process of key projects including client communication, business docking, price negotiation, contract signing and order implementation, realize closed-loop management from business opportunity acquisition to final payment collection.
- Cross-department Resource Coordination:Efficiently coordinate internal resources including technical support, project delivery, after-sales service, product R&D and legal teams, resolve project bottlenecks, and ensure smooth implementation and stable delivery of key overseas projects.
- Long-term Account Operation & Value Mining:Maintain in-depth and stable strategic cooperative relationships with core clients, track the full life cycle of client business, continuously explore opportunities of contract renewal, capacity expansion and multi-product cross-selling, and maximize client lifetime value.
- Industry & Market Data Precipitation:Sort out and update overseas client maps, project reserves, competitor information and industry development dynamics regularly, output market analysis reports, and provide effective decision-making support for the company’s global business expansion.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Heating & Ventilation, Refrigeration, Energy Power, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics and other related disciplines is preferred.
- Work Experience:More than 5 years of professional sales experience in data center, HVAC temperature control, central air conditioning, liquid cooling or related infrastructure industries.
- Preferred Experience:With mature client development and project cooperation experience with Hyperscalers, Colo providers, AI Infra enterprises, EPCs or large-scale system integrators is highly preferred.
- Professional Competence:Familiar with data center cooling system architecture, proficient in the application scenarios and technical logic of high-density computing cooling, CDU liquid cooling, air/water cooling systems.
- Business Capability:Excellent in overseas client development, business negotiation and project propulsion; capable of independently driving strategic client cooperation and key project full-cycle landing.
- Coordination Capability:Strong cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration ability, able to efficiently connect internal teams and overseas client teams to solve project problems quickly.
- Language & Work Mode:Proficient in English (working language), capable of full-process overseas business communication and cross-regional team collaboration; accept overseas long-term assignment or frequent overseas business trips.
