Duties will include coordinating drop off and pick up schedules while consistently providing excellent customer service to pet owners. You will need to communicate effectively with all staff to be aware of a pet’s demeanor, activities, and any concerns that could arise to ensure their safety, cleanliness, and comfort at all times. Previous experience as management experience while working with animals in veterinary clinics, kennels, or pet grooming facilities is highly preferred.
