Position Overview:
The Interim Nursing Home Administrator will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high standards of resident care and staff engagement. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and oversight of all facility operations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support continuity of care

Qualifications:
- Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care administration
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and Wisconsin DHS requirements
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage change
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
