- Experience in Nursing Home Administration and Long-term Care
- Skills in Budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of Elder Care practices and standards

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification is preferred
