Position Summary:
Under the direction of the MRI supervisor, the MRI Technician Aide practices all MRI safety guidelines in the MRI suite. Assists the MRI Technologists in all duties including: scheduling, screening, documentation and research of implants, patient care and image review. Applies the principles of teamwork in all aspects of providing patient services.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Typing and/or computer knowledge
Previous experience in healthcare and knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
