What You'll Be Responsible For
- Welcoming families
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing provider calendars
- New patient onboarding
- Membership billing
- Collecting payments
- Inbox management
- Coordinating with specialists
- Coordinating with vendors
- Administrative follow-up
- Keeping the office organized
- Supporting providers throughout the day

Hours
Approximately 13-26 hours/week. This is dependent on if we hire one person or two people to split the position. Potential opportunity for additional hours as the practice grows.
Weekday daytime hours.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience (anticipated range: $18–24/hour), plus opportunities for performance bonuses, referral incentives, and future growth as the practice expands.
A full background check including criminal history, edcuation and references will be conducted if the candidate is considered for the position.
