Piano Teacher — Studio & In-Home
Middle C Music is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and professional Piano Teachers to join our growing teaching team! We have opportunities for both studio-based and in-home instruction in the Covington/Mandeville area.
Our teachers work with children, teens, and adults at a variety of skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced students.
Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging, personalized private piano lessons
- Teach children, teens, and adult students
- Adapt instruction to each student's age, goals, learning style, and skill level
- Follow Middle C Music's teaching standards and curriculum expectations
- Prepare students for performances, recitals, and other studio opportunities when applicable
- Maintain consistent communication and professionalism with families and adult students
- Create a positive, encouraging, and structured learning environment
- For in-home lessons, travel to students' homes within your assigned service area
We are looking for teachers who are:
- Experienced piano instructors
- Strong musicians with solid piano skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable teaching students of all ages
- Patient, encouraging, and enthusiastic
- Professional in appearance and communication
- Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative teaching team

- Part-time and potentially expanded schedules available
A degree in music or education is preferred and required. Teaching experience, musicianship, and the ability to connect with students are highly valued.
