Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with clarity and patience.
• Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote relevant services.
• Assist with client services tasks such as processing transactions, cash handling, or account updates while adhering to security protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements.
• Support the team with general administrative duties related to customer support operations, including documentation and report generation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for engaging clients confidently and clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during data entry or call handling.
• Experience with sales techniques or upselling strategies can be advantageous but is not mandatory.

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
