Job Overview
River Road Animal Hospital is searching for a strong customer service professional to join our team. The Receptionist supports adds value to an efficient organization dedicated to quality care and exceptional service. You will perform a variety of clerical and customer service work in providing support to the hospital, and to clients during often high stress situations. This is a full-time position, with varying hours.

Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM systems.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of client services.
- Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Must have at least one year experience as a customer service rep.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to handle data entry accurately with fast typing skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $18.50 - $19.25 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
