Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by disinfecting sinks, countertops, toilets, showers, and tubs.
• Care for floors by applying appropriate cleaning techniques for hardwood, tile, carpet, or laminate surfaces using specialized equipment when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years cleaning experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus!
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, carpet cleaning tools, and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with laundry processes and basic custodial practices to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is advantageous but not required; training will be provided!
